01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing the SynapseFlow platform, website, or APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
02. Enterprise Beta & Interactive Sandbox
SynapseFlow is currently provided as a Private Enterprise Beta Preview. The interactive demonstration hosted on the website is provided for exploratory and architectural evaluation purposes without warranties of continuous availability. Production enterprise agreements are governed by customized Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
03. Intellectual Property & Data Sovereignty
Your Data Remains Your Property: You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all data, text, documents, and schema models submitted to SynapseFlow. SynapseFlow acquires zero ownership rights over your extracted entities or analytical outputs.
04. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to utilize the Services for unlawful purposes, including the reverse-engineering of foundational LLM architectures, unauthorized intrusion, or the ingestion of material violating applicable national security or export control regulations.
05. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SynapseFlow, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the demonstration sandbox or beta services.
