02. Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Architecture
SynapseFlow is architected on a foundational principle of Zero Data Retention for enterprise ingestion:
- No Model Training: Client payloads, uploaded documents, and parsed entities are never utilized to train, fine-tune, or calibrate any foundational artificial intelligence model.
- Ephemeral In-Memory Processing: Document streams ingested through the SynapseFlow runtime are processed in ephemeral memory (RAM) and evicted immediately upon cryptographic schema validation.
- Zero Persistent Storage: SynapseFlow does not retain raw document files on disk unless explicitly configured by an enterprise client using Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK / BYOK).

When you submit an early access or invite form, we record your corporate email address, organization name, and estimated document volume for trial provisioning.

In production enterprise deployments, SynapseFlow connects directly to dedicated Anthropic Claude API endpoints via isolated VPC peering.
